SCHEDULE: Friday Warm-ups:

5:00-5:30 Circle swim all lanes

5:30-6:00 Lanes 1-3, One way Sprints, Lanes 4-6

6:05 Meet Begins

Saturday and Sunday AM Warm ups

7:00-7:30 Circle Swim all Lanes

7:30-8:00 Lanes 1-3 One way sprints Lanes 4-6

Circle swim

7:45 AM Coaches mtg on Sat only

8:05 Meet Begins

PM Warm-ups: Will follow same format and not

Begin before 11 am.

Entry limit: 4 Individual events per day and relays.

Entry Fee: $4.00 per Individual Event

$12.00 per Relay

Awards: 1^st – 3^rd Medals Ribbons 4^th – 12^th

Team trophies for 1^st-3^rd place team. Host

Team will not take a trophy.

Entries: Entry Deadline is Feb. 5^th, 2010

Please submit entries in Hytek format.

Deck entries will be $5 for indiv events

And $14 for relays.
